Tabard

Description/Blazon
The tabard and drum display the crest of the United States Army Reserve, the Lexington Minuteman surmounted on a white trapezoid-shape, edged dark blue.  The red and white horizontal stripes refer to the insignia of the First United States Army, the home area of the unit.  The dark blue represents the Adjutant General Corps with which all Army Bands are associated and when combined with the red and white, allude to the National flag of Liberia where the unit was originally activated.  Above the image is the inscription "307TH ARMY BAND" in yellow.
